Publishing standard
Listings enter DLG Exchange through review — not self-declaration.
The standard protects clients and the ecosystem by requiring clear provider identity, capability, data handling, support and commercial information.
Provider verification
Legal/business identity, contact route and accountable representative.
Capability evidence
What the offering actually does, its limitations and evidence supporting material claims.
Security & privacy
Data flows, subprocessors, access, retention and security practices appropriate to the listing.
Commercial clarity
Pricing model, trial or enquiry status, support and material dependencies.
Quality & support
Evaluation, service ownership, incident route and update process.
Ongoing review
Listings can be suspended or removed if evidence, service or compliance status materially changes.
Not a certification
Marketplace approval means the listing passed the applicable publishing review. It does not imply an external certification, regulatory approval or universal endorsement.
