Owner

Commercial and payment visibility appropriate to the account.
Procurement
Trust, RFP, privacy, DPA and procurement workflows.
Technical
AI systems, integrations, developer and technical-operating context.
Member / Viewer
General or restricted participation according to the organisation's operating model.
Invitation security
Random one-time invitation tokens are stored only as SHA-256 hashes.
Invitations expire after seven days.
Existing users must sign in with the invited email address.
New users must create a password of at least 12 characters.
Organisation owner/admin status should be assigned only after authority is verified.
